Permission to Operate definition

Permission to Operate means, with respect to any PV System, receipt of a letter or functional equivalent from the connecting utility authorizing such PV System to be operated.
Permission to Operate means a regulatory order issued by the Agency to approve the Portable Source Permit (PSP) Application for the operation and relocation of a proposed portable source in Spokane County.

More Definitions of Permission to Operate
