Permanent Land definition

Permanent Land means an area of various types of land located within the project, which is need to be permanently occupied;
Permanent Land refers to the grant described in Section 4.1(iii) and the procedures set forth in Section 7.2(vii) and in Appendix 4 of this Agreement, and means (i) the Pipeline Corridor and (ii) those other designated areas of land (contiguous or noncontiguous) notified to the State Authorities in the MEP Participants sole discretion for use as the locations upon or under which the Facilities exist, from time to time, throughout the life of the Project.

Permanent Land means an area of various types of land located within the project,
Permanent Land means land situated at Berkshire College of Agriculture, Hall Place, Burchetts Green, Maidenhead, West Berkshire, being part of the land registered with title numbers BK435364 and BK435195, as shown edged red on the plan in Schedule 2 to this Agreement, and intended to be the permanent site of the Academy.

  • Permanent status means the state or condition achieved by an employee in the classified service who has successfully completed an initial probationary period or a probationary period required following reinstatement, or whose probationary period is waived through specific statutory direction.
