Periodic Distribution definition

Periodic Distribution has the meaning assigned to it in Section 8.1.
Periodic Distribution means a distribution of Distributable Cash to Partners, to be made on a quarterly basis (or such other period consistent with the Financing Documents as may be determined by the General Partner, acting reasonably, to be necessary in the interests of the Partnership), as set forth in Section 5.3 of the LIL LP Agreement;
Periodic Distribution has the meaning specified in the Declaration.

  • The Calculation Agent will, as soon as practicable after the time at which the Rate is to be determined in relation to each Return Accumulation Period, calculate the Periodic Distribution Amount payable in respect of each Certificate for such Return Accumulation Period.
