Period Two definition

Period Two has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Period Two means the period commencing on , and ending on .

Examples of Period Two in a sentence

  • Pursuant to Section 30 of the General Terms and Conditions of Transporters Tariff, Shipper may elect to retain its capacity at the expiration of this Agreement for a Period 2B term of 15 years, for a total Alternate Period Two term of 25 years.

  • The Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with all 27 agreements for Recovery Residence Services during Period One, Period Two, Period Three, and Period 28 Four are as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Period Two

Period Two means the period beginning on the first day following the end of Period One and ending on December 31, 2007; provided that in the event at any time during such period (i) the Company shall have deferred the commencement of any Underwritten Offering pursuant to Section 4(b); (ii) CUSA shall have been subject to any “lock-up” agreement pursuant to Section 6(a); and/or (iii) the Company shall have suspended sales under the Shelf Registration Statement for any reason pursuant to Section 6(d) (Blackouts), in each case, Period Two shall be extended for a number of days equal to the aggregate number of days during which any such deferral, “lock-up” and/or suspension was in effect.
