Examples of Period Three in a sentence

• CONTRACTOR shall submit separate Cost Reports for Period one, Period two, Period Three, 24 and Period Four or for a portion thereof, to COUNTY no later than forty-five (45) days following 25 termination of this Agreement.

• The Aggregate Maximum Obligation of COUNTY for services provided in accordance with all 27 agreements for Recovery Residence Services during Period One, Period Two, Period Three, and Period 28 Four are as specified in the Referenced Contract Provisions of this Agreement.

• CONTRACTOR shall submit separate individual and/or consolidated Cost Reports for Period 28 One, Period Two, and Period Three, or for a portion thereof, to COUNTY no later than sixty (60) 29 calendar days following the period for which they are prepared or termination of this Agreement.

• Performance objectives and complete action plans for Period Two and Period Three shall be included in the TUPP Manual.
