Period of Separation definition

Period of Separation means, for an Employee, the period of time commencing with the date such Employee separates from service with the Companies and ending with the date such Employee resumes his employment with the Companies.

Period of Separation means a period of time commencing with the date a person separates from service with the Group and ending with the date that person resumes employment with the Group.
