Period of issuance definition

Period of issuance means any twelve month period designated by the municipality, unless a municipality chooses to limit the number of licenses it issues in which case it shall mean the first 90 days during which a municipality issues shellfish harvest licenses eachcalendar year.

  • Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.

  • Period of Cover means the duration of Your cover as stated in Your Policy Documents.

  • Extension Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.19(b).

  • Fourth Amendment Date means April 30, 2021.

  • Initial Expiration Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).
