Period Beginning Date means each of the dates indicated in the column Period Beginning of Annex 1.

  • Required Beginning Date means April 1 of the calendar year following the later of:

  • Starting Date means the date referred to in Clause 3.3 hereof;

  • Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;

The required minimum distribution for other Distribution Calendar Years, including the required minimum distribution for the Distribution Calendar Year in which the Participant’s Required Beginning Date occurs, shall be made on or before December 31 of that Distribution Calendar Year.

  • Determination Period means each period from (and including) a Determination Date to (but excluding) the next Determination Date (including, where either the Interest Commencement Date or the final Interest Payment Date is not a Determination Date, the period commencing on the first Determination Date prior to, and ending on the first Determination Date falling after, such date); and

  • Testing Date means 31 December of each year.
