Performing Portfolio definition

Performing Portfolio means, at any given date, all Receivables purchased by the Issuer pursuant to the Master Receivables Purchase Agreement which are not Defaulted Receivables as at such date.
Performing Portfolio means, with respect to each Interest Payment Date, the aggregate Outstanding Principal of all Claims then outstanding owned by the Issuer which are not Defaulted Claims as of the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period.Following the service of an Issuer Acceleration Notice, or, in the event that the Issuer opts for the early redemption of the Notes under Condition 7(c) (Optional redemption of the Notes) or Condition 7(d) (Optional redemption for taxation, legal or regulatory reasons), the Issuer Available Funds as calculated on each Calculation Date will be applied by or on behalf of the Representative of the Noteholders on the Interest Payment Date immediately following such Calculation Date in making payments or provisions in the following order (the “Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments”) but in each case, only if and to the extent that payments of a higher priority have been made in full:
