Performance Testing definition

Performance Testing means testing as described in Exhibit C.
Performance Testing means the performance testing set forth in Attachment 7.

  • If Performance Testing in the second v1.4 test event shows that the Project is unable to deliver 90% of the Demand Reduction, then the Project must instead participate in CSRP voluntary for that Summer Performance Period and must achieve at least 90% performance per the requirements of that program (see INCENTIVE PAYMENT SCHEDULE section above).

Performance Testing means the sub-phase of Facility Start-Up commencing upon Interim Acceptance of the Work and ending with Practical Completion of the Work, during which the Owner performs a pre- planned program of testing and inspecting and the Contractor corrects Contract Deficiencies.
