Performance Records definition

Performance Records means the financial performance, track record, investment decisions and analysis or any related information (whether alone or in aggregate or composite form) of (i) any current former or future Investment Product or account managed or advised directly or indirectly by a GCM Group entity (a “GCM Grosvenor Fund”), irrespective of inception date, investment date or date on which a GCM Group entity began managing or advising any such GCM Grosvenor Fund, and (ii) any current, former or future investment made by a GCM Group entity, irrespective of the investment date of such investment. The parties expressly acknowledge that Performance Records are the exclusive property of Employer (even if they are otherwise publicly available), and Participant is not authorized to use or disclose them for any reason other than the Employer’s legitimate business purposes.
Performance Records has the meaning set forth in Section 5.12(b).
Performance Records is defined in Section 3.12(c).

  • Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;
