Xxxxxx Group Inc. • Navient Corporation • New Residential Investment Corp. • PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. • Radian Group Inc. • Redwood Trust, Inc. • Rocket Companies, Inc. • Two Harbors Investment Corp. • UWM Holdings Corporation To measure relative performance, the Performance Peer Group will consist of (1) companies that are in the Performance Peer Group and are publicly-traded for the entire Measurement Period and (2) companies that are initially in the Performance Peer Group and cease to be publicly-traded during the Measurement Period because of insolvency (with the Absolute TSRs of such companies being deemed equal to the lowest Absolute TSR of companies that are in the Performance Peer Group for the entire period). Companies that are initially included in the Performance Peer Group but that cease to be publicly-traded during the Measurement Period because they are acquired or for other reasons will not be included in assessing relative performance and shall be deemed to be excluded from the Performance Peer Group.
Performance Peer Group means the following peer companies, which may be updated from time to time by the Committee in its sole discretion; provided, however, that in order to be included in the calculation pursuant to Section 2 of this Exhibit A, a company must remain in the Performance Peer Group on the last day of the Performance Period:
Performance Peer Group means those publicly held companies selected by the Committee prior to the commencement of a Performance Period, or such later date provided by the Code, to form a comparative performance group in applying Section 10.
Examples of Performance Peer Group in a sentence
The Company’s performance shall be compared to the Performance Peer Group to determine the percentile ranking and level of payout as shown at Attachment B.
Both the Growth and XxX Performance Metrics will be compared to the performance of the 2024-2026 Performance Peer Group, shown at Attachment A hereto, and to the 2024-2026 Long-Term Award Resolution (collectively referred to as the “Peer Group”), for the Performance Period.
More Definitions of Performance Peer Group
Performance Peer Group means the companies listed on Exhibit A attached hereto; provided, however, that if after the Grant Date a company listed on Exhibit A merges or consolidates with another company, is acquired or disposes of a significant portion of its businesses as they exist on the Grant Date or experiences any event or circumstance as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion, the Committee may adjust (by adding, subtracting or replacing) the companies listed on Exhibit A (by amending and replacing such Exhibit A) to address any such change or event or circumstance as the Committee determines, in its sole discretion.

Performance Peer Group means the group of partnerships, corporations, trusts, or other entities in respect of which the Total Unit Return and DCF, or other applicable Performance Measure, will be computed for the purposes of determining the TUR Percentile and DCF Percentile, or other applicable Performance Percentile, and which shall be specified in the applicable Award Agreement evidencing the grant of a Phantom Unit hereunder. In the event there are any changes to the Performance Peer Group specified in an Award Agreement between the Date of Grant of the Award Agreement and the PPU Vesting Date for any Phantom Units granted thereunder, the Committee shall use its reasonable best judgment to make adjustments to that Performance Peer Group for any period following such change with the objective of achieving the same results as would have occurred had there been no such change, to the extent possible in the circumstances;
