Performance of Bargaining Unit Work. Persons who are not in the bargaining unit shall not perform any work which is included in the bargaining unit except in the case of training or instruction of bargaining unit employees, when bargaining unit employees are not readily available by call in, and in situations where safety or security could be compromised or any other such emergencies.
