Performance Milestones means the indicators and metrics of progress and performance that are identified as such at Exhibit E of this Agreement. Grantee’s failure to satisfy any one of the Performance Milestones will constitute a breach of this Agreement and will entitle the Department to exercise any and all available remedies, including the recapture of disbursed Grant funds and the cancellation of this Agreement.
Performance Milestones means Developer's anticipated development milestones for the Project which are set forth on Exhibit G attached hereto.

Examples of Performance Milestones in a sentence
Consultant agrees that if the Services are not completed within the aforementioned Performance Time and/or pursuant to any such Performance Milestones developed pursuant to provisions of this Agreement, it is understood, acknowledged and agreed that the City will suffer damage.
