Performance Levels definition

Performance Levels has the meaning given in the relevant Train Operations Deed.
Performance Levels means the QR Network Performance Level and the Operator Performance Level;
Performance Levels means the relative level of achievement of Performance Goals. Performance Levels shall be set as Threshold for acceptable performance, Target for meeting expectations and Maximum for exceeding expectations.

  • B15.1 If the Contractor fails to comply with its obligations under Clause B.14 (Minimum Performance Levels and Minimum Service Levels) and such default is capable of remedy, the Authority may not terminate the Contract without first operating the Performance Improvement Process as set out in this Clause B.15.

More Definitions of Performance Levels

Performance Levels means, with respect to the Performance Measures (on an aggregate basis), the following degrees of achievement: Below Threshold, Minimum Threshold, Target and Superior.
