Performance Level definition

Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.
Performance Level means, as of any date of the determination, the level set forth below as then in effect, as determined in accordance with the following provisions of this definition:
Performance Level means the level of performance achieved by the Company during a measurement period (generally, the Measurement Period) based on the Adjusted EPS achieved as compared to the Target Adjusted EPS and the TSR Percentile for such period, which is used to determine the percentage of Target PSUs that will vest, as set forth in paragraph 4.
