Performance Fees definition

Performance Fees means incentive or performance fees earned from achieving target investment returns in an Investment Vehicle.
Performance Fees means the fees paid to the Investment Manager as defined under 9.2 below. “Prospectus” means this prospectus of the Fund as amended from time to time.
Performance Fees means ownership interests or contractual rights representing the right to receive compensation dependent on investment performance or results and payments or distributions made or owed to a Covered Subsidiary in respect thereof.

More Definitions of Performance Fees

Performance Fees means any incentive fees, promotes and/or other performance-based fees;
Performance Fees in the context of a fund, means payment made to an investment manager for generating positive returns for the fund. Performance fee can be calculated based on the increase in net asset value above the high watermark of, or the distributable proceeds of, the relevant fund. Carried interest, which generally represents a share of the relevant fund’s profits that serve as compensation for investment managers, is a type of performance fees
