Performance Committee definition

Performance Committee means a committee of 3 (three) members which shall include the following: 1 (one) Promoter Director, 1 (one) Investor Director and 1 (one) non-executive Director of the Company who is nominated by the Promoter;
Performance Committee means such committee or subcommittee of the Board of Directors as shall be designated by the Board of Directors or the Committee to administer the Plan and exercise such discretion and authority under the Plan as is necessary to satisfy the requirements of Section 162(m) of the Code for Performance-Based Compensation.
Performance Committee means ACA Board Appointed and provides strategic direction and review of ACA's mandates, the scope and quality of ACA programs, athlete experience, and selection criteria.
