Such reinvestment shall be made so that each deposit of additional Securities shall be made so as to match as closely as practicable the Percentage Ratios, and such reinvestment shall be made in accordance with the parameters set forth in the no-action letter response.
Except as provided in subparagraph (d), the Sponsor in each case shall ensure that each deposit of additional Securities pursuant to this Section shall maintain, as nearly as is practicable, the Percentage Ratios.
