Pennsylvania Mortgage definition

Pennsylvania Mortgage means the Amended and Restated Open-End Mortgage, Assignment of Rents and Leases, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing between the Borrower and the Agent, dated December 29, 2004, together with any and all further amendments, modifications, supplements, renewals or restatements thereof.
Pennsylvania Mortgage means that mortgage secured by the Pennsylvania Property, in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto.
Pennsylvania Mortgage means the Open End Mortgage, dated as of September 10, 2004, granted by Nu-Metrics, Inc. to the Administrative Agent on the Pennsylvania Property and assigned to the Lender by the Administrative Agent.
