Pennsylvania Court definition

Pennsylvania Court means the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania Court means the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania Court shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 9(e) below.

Sec. 1911.
