Penalty Period definition

Penalty Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.
Penalty Period is defined in Section 8.5 (a). “Pre-empted Dispatch Payment” is defined in Schedule E.
Penalty Period or "period of ineligibility" means the period of time during which a person is not eligible to receive services that are subject to transfer of asset penalties.
