Pemeliharaan Darurat adalah aktivitas pemeliharaan yang diperlukan untuk menangani keadaan yang tidak terduga yang bertujuan untuk mencegah dampak yang signifikan terhadap Layanan Cloud. Situasi tersebut mencakup penerapan patch aplikasi darurat xxx xxxxx keamanan sistem pengoperasian (patch keamanan dengan prioritas "Darurat") xxx/atau melakukan aktivitas sistem pengoperasian yang mendesak serta darurat (pemutakhiran penting xxx/atau penyegaran komponen bersama).
