Peak Hours definition

Peak Hours or “Peak Period” means the period with the highest ridership during the entire transit service day as determined by the transit operator. Must include at least one hour during the morning commute hours and one during evening commute hours, Monday through Friday. Each Peak Period cannot be longer than three hours.
Peak Hours means the period from 18.00 hours to 22.00 hours on the same day;
Peak Hours means the time between 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., inclusive, and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., inclusive, Monday through Friday.

Examples of Peak Hours in a sentence

  • The Monthly ACL is an average of the SCR’s metered hourly Load that is supplied by the NYS Transmission System and/or the distribution system and reported for the Monthly SCR Load Zone Peak Hours applicable to such SCR.

  • The maximum half-hour Demand registered for the Billing Period during the On- Peak Hours subtracting from the Demand for each half-hour interval of the On- Peak Hours of the Billing Period the Back-up, Maintenance and Temporary capacity confirmed for such half-hour interval.

More Definitions of Peak Hours

Peak Hours means the time from but excluding 0700 APT to and including 2300 APT on the same day;
