Peak Demand definition

Peak Demand means the maximum Metered Demand in the last 12 months;
Peak Demand means electrical demand at the times of highest annual demand on the utility’s system.
Peak Demand means electrical demand at the time of highest annual demand on the utility’s system, measured in 15 minute intervals.

Peak Demand means the highest hourly integrated net energy for load within a certain period (e.g., in a month, a season, or a year).
