PCS License definition

PCS License means a License acquired by the Company or an Affiliate of the Company in the Auction from the FCC authorizing it to construct and operate a mobile communications system using the 1850 MHz to 1910 MHz and 1930 MHz to 1990 MHz frequencies, or portions thereof, in a particular BTA or MTA.
PCS License has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
PCS License means any franchise, license, permit, certificate, ordinance, approval or other authorization from any Governmental Authority that is necessary for the provision of the PCS Service.

More Definitions of PCS License

PCS License or "Broadband PCS License" shall mean an E Block Broadband 10 MHz PCS Permit granted by the FCC to construct and/or operate a telecommunications system to provide PCS in a particular Basic Trading Area.
PCS License means the 30 MXx "X" xxxxx xxxadband PCS license for the Los Angeles-San Diego MTA that is held by Cox Xxxmunications, Inc. on the date of this Agreement.
PCS License means the PCS license(s) issued by the FCC described on the Service Area Exhibit to the Sprint Management Agreements.
PCS License means any license obtained by or on behalf of SprintCom, ----------- Inc. and/or its Affiliates to provide PCS for the service areas which will be managed by the Borrower pursuant to the Sprint Management Agreement from time to time.
PCS License. PERSON" and "ROAMING ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT" shall have the meanings set forth in the Stockholders Agreement.

Related to PCS License

  • Business License means a license issued by the Department to a medical marijuana dispensary, grower, processor, testing laboratory, or transporter.

  • Sub-License means the sub-licensing of any space in the Station Development Assets and Project Utilities in the Station Development Project, by the Station Facility Manager to any licensee, in accordance with the Station Facility Management Agreement;

  • Intellectual Property Licenses means all licenses, sublicenses and other agreements by or through which other Persons, including Seller’s Affiliates, grant Seller exclusive or non-exclusive rights or interests in or to any Intellectual Property that is used in or necessary for the conduct of the Business as currently conducted.

  • Perpetual License means a license which is everlasting and valid if the software is being used in accordance with the license-agreement requirements.

  • Copyleft License means any license that requires, as a condition of use, modification and/or distribution of software subject to such license, that such software subject to such license, or other software incorporated into, derived from, or used or distributed with such software subject to such license (i) in the case of software, be made available or distributed in a form other than binary (e.g., source code form), (ii) be licensed for the purpose of preparing derivative works, (iii) be licensed under terms that allow the Company’s or any Subsidiary of the Company’s products or portions thereof or interfaces therefor to be reverse engineered, reverse assembled or disassembled (other than by operation of Law) or (iv) be redistributable at no license fee. Copyleft Licenses include the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the Common Development and Distribution License, the Eclipse Public License and all Creative Commons “sharealike” licenses.

  • Reciprocal license means the issuance of an Iowa license to practice barbering to an applicant who is currently licensed in another state and which state has a mutual agreement to license persons who have the same or similar qualifications to those required in Iowa.

  • Software License Agreement means the Motorola Software License Agreement (Exhibit A).

  • Exclusive License has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
