PC Access Services definition

PC Access Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.
PC Access Services means the provision by any Person of physical network access (irrespective of bandwidth or type of physical infrastructure such as cable, fiber optics, copper, fixed wireless or satellite) to online and/or internet services to end users of personal computers.

  • In connection with the AOL License, and subject to the Related Agreements, Service Provider shall provide Recipient with the services described in this Section 2 in order to facilitate the Launch and operation by Recipient of AOL-branded PC Access Services in the Territory.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
