Payors definition

Payors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.27.
Payors means any and all private or governmental Persons, obligated by contract or by law to render payment to the Company or NewCo in consideration of the performance of professional medical or technical services including, but not limited to, Medicare and Medicaid Programs (as defined in Section 3.27(a)), insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, independent practice associations, hospitals, hospital systems, integrated delivery systems and CHAMPUS.
Payors means those who make payments on Affected Loans, including but not limited to Affected Consumers.

Examples of Payors in a sentence

  • Servicing fees paid by Payor must be sent in addition to Payor's regular payments.

  • However, if two or more signatures are required, then both or all Payors must sign.

  • Should the servicing account be terminated due to forfeiture, foreclosure or Trustee's Sale of the Payor's interest, then any funds in the impound account shall be paid to Payee upon closing the servicing account unless Servicer is otherwise directed.

  • This information may be released to Health Plan Payors, liability insurance companies, billing companies, collection agencies, attending/consulting healthcare providers, governmental programs or medical review organizations and otherwise as permitted or required by law.

More Definitions of Payors

Payors means any and all third-party payors including, but not limited to, Medicare and Medicaid Programs (as defined in Section 5.26(a)), insurance companies, health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, independent practice associations, hospitals, hospital systems, integrated delivery systems, CHAMPUS, and any and all other private or governmental entity rendering payment to Seller for professional medical or technical services.
Payors means any Person(s) that, on its own account or by obligation to a third party, pays or reimburses Provider for Cells sold and delivered, including any public or privately sponsored Person that pays or reimburses for healthcare products.
Payors means the Parent and/or the Guarantor.
Payors means the Persons funding the AAT Settlement Payment pursuant to the AAT Settlement Funding Agreements.
Payors means self-insured employers, unions or licensed insurance companies, which (i) provide dental care benefits to Members, and (ii) have entered into a LIBERTY Agreement.
