Payment Services Contract definition

Payment Services Contract means any Contract (irrespective of its specific title) for the provision of Payment Services, e.g., a contract for opening and maintaining a current Account or contract for the issue and use of a payment card).

  • Upon termination of the Basic Payment Services Contract the Customer, being a Consumer, shall pay service fees only until the termination of the relevant contract, having regard to the actual expenses borne by the Bank until the termination of the said contract.
