Payment Programs definition

Payment Programs means Medicare, TRICARE, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield programs, and all other health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, health benefit plans, health insurance plans, and other third party reimbursement and payment programs.
Payment Programs has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.12(b).

More Definitions of Payment Programs

Payment Programs means Government Programs, commercial or private payor arrangements, including those operated or administered by pharmacy benefit managers, and other third-party payor programs.
Payment Programs means any United States federal, state or local health care, reimbursement or waiver programs administered by a Governmental Authority under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act, Title XIX of the Social Security Act, CHAMPUS, TRICARE, or any other health care or payment program financed in whole or in part by any domestic federal, state or local government, and any successor program to any of the above, and all other third-party health care benefit plans and programs (including, but not limited to, those offered or administered by health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, health benefit plans, waiver provider organizations and health insurance plans and all related participating entities and contractors in and to such plans and programs).
Payment Programs means, collectively, Governmental Programs and Private Programs.
Payment Programs has the meaning specified in Section 2.33.
Payment Programs means all of the private, commercial and governmental payment and procurement programs with which Seller or any of its employed physicians participate or in which they have participated while employed by Seller (including, without limitation, Medicare and Medicaid).
