Payment Program definition

Payment Program means Medicare, Medicaid, commercial and private insurers, employer group health plans (including, without limitation a “Welfare Plan” described in Section 3(1) of ERISA), and any other governmental, commercial, or other organization which maintains a health care reimbursement program or policy.
Payment Program shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.13 of this Agreement.
Payment Program means Medicare, TRICARE, FEHBP, Medicaid, Workers’ Compensation, SAIF, and any and all health maintenance organizations, preferred provider organizations, health benefit plans, health insurance plans, and other third-party reimbursement and payment programs, in each case to the extent applicable to the Business of the Seller.

Payment Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(e).
Payment Program means any product, service, plan, or program represented, expressly or by implication, to provide payment or meet other terms of a financing contract between a consumer and (1) a creditor, including an auto dealer, or (2) another financing entity, including a finance company, a bank, or another assignee.
