Payment Processing Services definition

Payment Processing Services means the following services to be provided by NT:

Payment Processing Services means providing a person, directly or indirectly, with the means used to charge or debit accounts through the use of any payment method or mechanism, including, but not limited to, credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, stored value cards, Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits, and payment orders, whether accomplished through the use of software or otherwise.

Payment Processing Services means with respect to a non- bank person, providing a person, directly or indirectly, with the means used to charge or debit accounts through the use of any payment mechanism, including, but not limited to, remotely created payment orders, remotely created checks, ACH debits, or debit, credit, prepaid, or stored value cards, whether accomplished through the use of software or otherwise, and includes, among other things–

• Client understands and acknowledges that FD may decline to provide Payment Processing Services at its discretion.

• Service and Support Obligations: All Payment Processing Services and all support for such services shall be provided through FD, and FD shall have exclusive responsibility for such services and support.

• FD will contact Client promptly via telephone, electronic mail, direct mail or other means to discuss Client’s need for Payment Processing Services.

More Definitions of Payment Processing Services

Payment Processing Services means the services FDMS and/or its Affiliates provide to FDMS Merchants, including but not limited to authorization, data capture, processing, settlement and reconciliation of credit and debit card transactions.

Payment Processing Services means accepting, maintaining, holding, or distributing funds, or facilitating the acceptance, maintenance, holding, or distribution of funds, on behalf of a consumer for the purpose of facilitating debt settlement services.

Payment Processing Services means, inter alia, processing, transmission, remittance and reporting services to a client, processing a client’s invoice transactions and allocate Program points for client members, facilitate concierge member payment transactions (payments by a client to a third party), compliance with Network Rules and Acquirer

Payment Processing Services means the portion of the AribaPay Service consisting of payment processing services to settle payments between Customer and AribaPay Suppliers, including every function of the AribaPay Service related to the processing or transmission of payments or funds, the provision of any payment intermediary-related services, the debiting or crediting of bank accounts, holding funds, processing payments, holding account numbers, and/or otherwise acting as a payment processor, all of which are provided solely by Discover, its affiliates, and/or service providers pursuant to the Participation Agreement, and none of which are provided by Ariba/SAP.

Payment Processing Services means the portion of AribaPay consisting of payment processing services to settle payments between Customer and AribaPay Suppliers, including every function of AribaPay related to the processing or transmission of payments or funds, the provision of any payment intermediary-related services, the debiting or crediting of bank accounts, holding funds, processing payments, holding account numbers, and/or otherwise acting as a payment processor, all of which are provided solely by the Payment Processor(s), its affiliates, and/or service providers pursuant to the Participation Agreement, and none of which are provided by SAP.
