  • If Dealer offers a Purchaser the opportunity to pay for the Vehicle Service Contract with the Payment Plan Agreement, then Dealer hereby agrees to do so in accordance with the following terms and conditions set forth in this Supplemental Agreement.

  • Adoption Agreement means the written agreement pursuant to which the Employer adopts the Plan. The Adoption Agreement is a part of the Plan as applied to the Employer.

  • SERP has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5(c) hereof.
