Payment of the Aggregate Exercise Price. Payment of the Aggregate Exercise Price shall be made, at the option of the Holder as expressed in the Notice of Exercise, by the following methods:

Payment of the Aggregate Exercise Price. Payment of the Aggregate Exercise Price shall be made to the Company in cash or other immediately available funds or as provided in Section 2(c), or a combination thereof. Y = the total number of Warrant Shares for which the Holder has elected to exercise this Warrant pursuant to Section 3(a). A = the Fair Market Value of one Warrant Share as of the applicable Exercise Date. B = the Exercise Price in effect under this Warrant as of the applicable Exercise Date. or (iii) any combination of the foregoing.
