PAYMENT OF SERVICES means Vendor shall be paid for the students that were recruited by their agency after the student has registered and been marked as enrolled on the term’s census date. Payment will be spilt into 2 payments amounting to a percentage of the enrolled student’s Net Tuition Fee for one academic year.
