Payment of Grant definition

Payment of Grant. The Grant shall be remitted to the Grantee into a designated bank account in the number of installments and at such time as specified in the Agreement. Payment of each installment of the Grant is subject to, including but not limited to: (a) receipt and acceptance by the Trustee (via the Intermediary) of reports as specified in the Agreement (i.e. reports on implementation of approved project and use of the Grant); (b) the Intermediary’s recommendation of payment of the installment by submission of a claim form; and (c) the Grantee’s compliance with its obligations under the Agreement.

  • Payment of Grant Subject to clause 12, RSSB shall pay the Grant to the Recipient [R&D to insert instalment payments] in accordance with Schedule 2, subject to the necessary funds being available to RSSB when payment falls due, and subject to receipt by RSSB from the Recipient of any report or evidence required in respect of a particular instalment (as set out at Schedule 2).

Related to Payment of Grant

  • Performance Grant means an Award subject, in part, to the terms, conditions and restrictions described in Section 9, pursuant to which the recipient may become entitled to receive cash, Class A Shares, Other Real Goods Securities or property, or other forms of payment, or any combination thereof, as determined by the Committee.

  • Notice of Grant means a written or electronic notice evidencing certain terms and conditions of an individual Option grant. The Notice of Grant is part of the Option Agreement.

  • Grant Agreement/Grant Number means Grant Number [Grant Agreement Number] awarded to Grantee.

  • Grant Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Parties, including the Signature Document, these Uniform Terms and Conditions, along with any attachments and amendments that may be issued by the System Agency.

  • Grant Letter means the letter dated March 2019 from the Commissioner to the Recipient which sets out supplementary information in relation to the Grant.

  • Sub-grant means a grant made or proposed to be made by the Recipient to a Beneficiary out of the proceeds of the Financing for the purpose of financing a Subproject; and “Sub-grants” means more than one such Sub-grant.

  • Date of Grant means the date on which the granting of an Award is authorized, or such other date as may be specified in such authorization.

  • Stock Grant Agreement means the agreement between the Company and a Grantee who is awarded Shares under the Plan that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to the award of such Shares.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Unit Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Declaration.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient; and

  • Restricted Stock Unit Agreement means the agreement consistent with the terms of the Plan between the Company and the recipient of a Restricted Stock Unit that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Restricted Stock Unit.

  • Stock Unit Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the recipient of a Stock Unit which contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Stock Unit.

  • RSU Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant evidencing the terms and conditions of an individual Award of Restricted Stock Units.

  • SAR Agreement means the agreement between the Company and an Optionee which contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to his or her SAR.

  • Stock Grant means the grant of shares of Stock not subject to restrictions or other forfeiture conditions.

  • Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a holder of a Restricted Stock Unit Award evidencing the terms and conditions of a Restricted Stock Unit Award grant. Each Restricted Stock Unit Award Agreement will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan.

  • Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).

  • PSU means Public Sector Undertaking

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • Performance Unit Award means an award of Performance Units under this Plan.

  • Performance Unit means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance goals or other vesting criteria as the Administrator may determine and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of the foregoing pursuant to Section 10.
