Payment Networks definition

Payment Networks means Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Financial Services, and any affiliates thereof or any other payment network applicable to this Agreement.
Payment Networks means Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Financial Services or any other payment network, any industry consortia including any payment networks (e.g., EMVCo), and any affiliates of any of the foregoing.

More Definitions of Payment Networks

Payment Networks means Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and any credit or debit card network issuing Transaction Cards. “Processing Charges” shall mean the authorization, processing, settlement, and other fees or amounts charged by WorldPay and the Bank, or passed through (from the Payment Networks or other third parties) to Customer by WorldPay and the Bank, as set forth in this Agreement.
Payment Networks means the commercially established and recognized payment systems that accept Prepaid Cards for cash access or as a payment device, and include Star Systems, Cirrus, PLUS, NYCE and Interlink, among others.
Payment Networks means collectively the Card Networks and other organization or networks that operates a national or international payment network or any Alt MOP, enabling electronic
Payment Networks means VISA USA, Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., Discover Network, a business unit of Discover Financial Services, STAR, NYCE, PULSE, Maestro, AccelExchange, CU24 and other networks as may be added or eliminated from time to time by PayNearMe at their sole discretion.

Related to Payment Networks

  • Payment Network means a debit or credit network (such as the ACH Network or ACCEL / Exchange payment network) through which funds may be transferred.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan. Merchant Transmission Facilities:

  • payment system means a funds transfer system with formal and standardised arrangements and common rules for the processing, clearing and/or settlement of payment transactions;

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Network Rules means the rules, regulations, releases, interpretations and other requirements (whether contractual or otherwise) imposed or adopted by any Card Networks and related authorities, including without limitation, those of the PCI Security Standards Council, LLC and the National Automated Clearing House Association (including, with respect to EBT, the Quest Operating Rules and with respect to PIN debit cards, the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the applicable debit network).

  • Service and support administrator means a person, regardless of title, employed by or under contract with a county board to perform the functions of service and support administration and who holds the appropriate certification in accordance with rule 5123:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code.

  • Renewable Energy Standard means the minimum renewable energy capacity portfolio, if applicable, and the renewable energy credit portfolio required to be achieved under section 28 or former section 27.

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Connectivity means the provision of a Permanent Separated Bicycle Lane system that reflects desired routes between all major origins and destinations in the city.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Renewable energy system means a fixture, product, device, or interacting group of fixtures, products, or devices on the customer's side of the meter that use 1 or more renewable energy resources to generate electricity. Renewable energy system includes a biomass stove but does not include an incinerator or digester.

  • Payment Infrastructure Provider means a payments clearance system or other third party which forms part of a payment system infrastructure, including without limitation communications, clearing or payment systems and intermediary banks or correspondent banks who are not agents of the Service Provider;

  • GDS means Global Distribution System (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan). "IAMAW" means the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers.

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • Out-of-network means providers and facilities that haven’t signed a contract with your health plan to provide services. Out-of-network providers may be allowed to bill you for the difference between what your plan pays and the full amount charged for a service. This is called “balance billing.” This amount is likely more than in-network costs for the same service and might not count toward your plan’s deductible or annual out-of-pocket limit.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • payment service provider means a person whose business includes the provision of transfer of funds services;
