Payment Forms means a hosted web-based forms solution that allows the Institution to collect or pass data to an online form in conjunction with the ability to collect a secure credit or debit card payment or one-time ACH payment without capturing or storing card information.

Related to Payment Forms

  • Investment Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filled by the investor to purchase Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.
