Payment Documents definition

Payment Documents means the invoice, ETR receipt and Consultant’s Tax Compliance Certificate, valid for the Contract Period.

Payment Documents mean the agreements and instruments pursuant to which any payments are made to the Trust for intended distribution ultimately to the public unitholders of the Trust.

Payment Documents has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.

Payment Documents means (i) in relation to the Glas Dowr Vessel, the Glas Dowr Lease and the Glas Dowr Contract, (ii) in relation to the Uisge Gorm Vessel, the Uisge Gorm Lease, the Uisge Gorm Contract and the Uisge Gorm Partial AH Contract Assignment, (iii) in relation to the Bleo Xxxx Vessel, the Bleo Xxxx Lease and the Bleo Xxxx Contract (iv) in relation to the Bluewater (Munin) Vessel, the Bluewater (Munin) Lease and the Bluewater (Munin) Contract (v) in relation to the Haewene Brim Vessel, the Haewene Brim Lease and the Haewene Brim Contract (vi) in relation to the Aoka Mizu Vessel, the Aoka Mizu Lease and the Aoka Mizu Contract;

Payment Documents shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7(d).
