Payment Demand definition

Payment Demand has the meaning specified in Section 7.09(g).
Payment Demand means the payment demand in the form of Exhibit A.
Payment Demand means an “Interim Payment Demand” or “Final Payment Demand”, as applicable, in each case as such terms are defined in the Settlement Agreement.

Examples of Payment Demand in a sentence

  • A Payment Demand satisfying the foregoing requirements shall be required with respect to Obligations before Guarantor is required to pay such Obligations hereunder and shall be deemed sufficient notice to Guarantor that it must pay the Obligations within five (5) Business Days after its receipt of the Payment Demand.

  • A single written Payment Demand shall be effective as to any specific default during the continuance of such default, until Enron or Guarantor has cured such default, and additional written demands concerning such default shall not be required until such default is cured.

  • A Payment Demand shall be in writing and shall reasonably and briefly specify in what manner and what amount Enron has failed to pay and an explanation of why such payment is due, with a specific statement that Counterparty is calling upon Guarantor to pay under this Guaranty.

  • After issuing a Payment Demand, Counterparty shall not be required to issue any further notices or make any further demands with respect to the Overdue Obligation(s) specified in that Payment Demand, and Guarantor shall be required to make payment with respect to the Overdue Obligation(s) specified in that Payment Demand within five (5) Business Days after Guarantor receives such demand.

  • Guarantor shall, within five (5) Business Days following its receipt of the Payment Demand, pay the Guaranteed Amount to Buyer.


More Definitions of Payment Demand

Payment Demand means a request for payment under the Guarantee issued by the Intermediary to the Counterparty pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
