The Servicer will deposit any Servicer Advances into the Collection Account on or prior to 2:00 p.m., New York City time, on the related Payment Date, in immediately available funds.
Interest shall accrue during each Interest Period and be payable on the Loans Outstanding on each Payment Date in accordance with Section 2.06.
