Payment Cutoff Date definition

Payment Cutoff Date means the Closing Date or, in the case of Loans substituted pursuant to this Master Terms Purchase Agreement after the Closing Date, the related Purchase Date as specified in the related Purchase Agreement.
Payment Cutoff Date means June 30, 2004 or, in the case of Loans substituted pursuant to these Master Terms after the Closing Date, the related Purchase Date as specified in the related Purchase Agreement.
