Payment Card Data definition

Payment Card Data means any information located on a Payment Card, such as, but not limited to, debit or credit card number, expiration date, pin number, cardholder name, or cardholder address;
Payment Card Data shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Agreement; “Participating Hotel” shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Agreement; “Incident response and recovery services” means the collection of actions aimed at identifying, investigating and responding to security incidents in a way that minimizes impact and supports rapid recovery, consisting of the following stages: identification, containment and intelligence, eradication, recovery and lessons learned;
Payment Card Data is cardholder data protected under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

  • This insurance shall include coverage for third party claims and for losses, thefts, unauthorized disclosures, access or use of Agency or client data (which may include, but is not limited to, Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”), Payment Card Data and Protected Health Information (“PHI”)) in any format, including coverage for accidental loss, theft, unauthorized disclosure access or use of Agency data.

More Definitions of Payment Card Data

Payment Card Data means any data associated with a payment card or otherwise protected under the PCI Standards, including: (a) “card holder data” which includes (i) primary account number; (ii) cardholder name; (iii) service code; and (iv) expiration date; (b) “sensitive authentication data” which includes (i) magnetic strip data; (ii) XXX0, XXX0, XXX; (iii) PIN and PIN Block information; and (iv) any security-related information; and (c) other information used to authenticate cardholders and/or authorize payment card transactions.
Payment Card Data means non-aggregated CLO Transaction Data relating to the use of Payment Cards (such as, for example, purchase amount, purchase date, and merchant ID).
Payment Card Data shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Agreement;
Payment Card Data means the card number, expirydate, and verification code of the Payment card.
Payment Card Data means credit, debit or other payment method information subject to the American Express, Discover, JCB International, MasterCard and Visa Inc. security rules, including the number assigned by a card issuer that identifies a cardholder’s account, card expiration date, data stored on the magnetic strip of a credit or debit card and any other cardholder information as defined by and subject to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;

  • Debit Card means a card, including a Smart Card, issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

It is understood that the Company may use the term Trading Account or Account on its Website or communications, which shall mean your Client Account.

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the Card;

  • Account Data means: any business contact information provided with the Account; RingCentral-generated logs of calling or other metadata developed or collected in the provision of the Services; configuration data; and records of Digital Lines and any Services purchased under this Agreement.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
