Paying User definition

Paying User or “Buyer” means the User able to purchase goods and/or services using PayPal Services. It is the sender of a payment made by using PayPal Services.

Examples of Paying User in a sentence

  • If a Paying User files a Dispute, Claim, Chargeback or Reversal on a payment you, Receiving User, received, PayPal may place a temporary hold on the funds in your Account to cover the amount of the liability.

Related to Paying User

  • Paying agency means the body or the bodies assigned by a Member State in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1290/2005;

  • Paying Agent means any Person authorized by the Company to pay the principal of or any premium or interest on any Securities on behalf of the Company.
