Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement definition

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement between the Paying Agent/Registrar and the District relating to the Bonds.

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the paying agent agreement between the Board and the Paying Agent/Registrar, relating to the performance of the duties and responsibilities of the Paying Agent/Registrar with respect to the Series 2023D Bonds.

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the agreement between the City and the Paying Agent/Registrar as described more particularly in Section 6.1 hereof.

More Definitions of Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the paying agent/registrar agreement executed by the Board and the Paying Agent/Registrar pursuant to Section 2.14 hereof, as such agreement may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the agreement between the District and the Paying Agent/Registrar referred to in Section 5.2 pursuant to which the Paying Agent/Registrar will perform the duties required hereunder.

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the agreement, dated May 15, 2021, between the Paying Agent/Registrar and the City relating to the registration, authentication, and transfer of the Bonds, attached hereto as Exhibit B.

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means the agreement between the City and the Paying Agent/Registrar in substantially the form presented to the City Council with this Ordinance.

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means each Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement by and between the Board and the Paying Agent/Registrar, pertaining to the Bonds.

Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement means a Paying Agent/Registrar Agreement between the City and the Paying Agent/Registrar pertaining to one or more series of Obligations.
