Pay Rates definition

Pay Rates. The pay rates set forth in Appendix "A" are base pay rates for full-time service. No employee shall be paid at a rate above the maximum or below the minimum in the range to which employee’s position class is assigned.
Pay Rates shall be the top of scale hourly rates of pay excluding Premiums.
Pay Rates means the base hourly rate which an employee is paid based on their industry award or the minimum wage according to the national minimum wage order released by the Fair Work Commission.

Pay Rates. The scale of rates established for the respective job classes.

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;

  • Monthly Salary Rate means the amount agreed to by the Owner that can be used on Applications for Payment throughout the Construction Phase to account for the services of Construction Manager’s salaried personnel assigned to the Project.   • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Level V Pricing applies on any day if no other Pricing Level applies on such day.

  • Level I Pricing applies on any day on which the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A+ or higher by S&P or A1 or higher by Moody’s.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.

  • Average Monthly Compensation means the quotient determined by dividing the sum of the Employee’s then current Base Salary (as defined in Section 4.1 hereof) and the greater of the most recently paid Incentive Compensation (as defined in Section 4.2 hereof) or the average of Incentive Compensation paid over the three most recent years by twelve.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Pricing Rate the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential;

  • Advance Rates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) hereof.
