Patents definition

Patents means all patents, patent applications and like protections including without limitation improvements, divisions, continuations, renewals, reissues, extensions and continuations-in-part of the same.
Patents means (a) all patents and patent applications in any country or supranational jurisdiction, and (b) any substitutions, divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, renewals, registrations, confirmations, re-examinations, extensions, supplementary protection certificates and the like, and any provisional applications, of any such patents or patent applications.
Patents means (a) all letters patent of the United States, any other country or any political subdivision thereof and all reissues and extensions thereof, (b) all applications for letters patent of the United States or any other country and all divisions, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof, and (c) all rights to obtain any reissues or extensions of the foregoing.

Patents means all patents, patent applications (including any divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, renewals, reexaminations, extensions, and reissues) and rights in respect of utility models or industrial designs.

Patents means all patents, patent applications and the inventions, designs and improvements described and claimed therein, patentable inventions, and other patent rights (including any divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, substitutions, or reissues thereof, whether or not patents are issued on any such applications and whether or not any such applications are amended, modified, withdrawn, or refiled).
Patents means United States and foreign patents and patent applications, including provisional patent applications, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, reissues, reexaminations and extensions.
