Patent Term Extension definition

Patent Term Extension means any term extensions, supplementary protection certificates and equivalents thereof offering Patent protection beyond the initial term with respect to any issued Patents.
Patent Term Extension means any patent term extension, adjustment or restoration or supplemental protection certificates.
Patent Term Extension has the meaning set forth in Section 10.8 (Patent Term Extensions).
