Patent Products definition

Patent Products means any products and/or services in the Field of Use that, except for the license granted hereunder, would infringe a Valid Claim.
Patent Products means: i any kit, composition of matter, material, or product; ii any kit, composition of matter, material, or product to be used in a manner requiring the performance of the Patent Method; or iii any kit, composition of matter, material, or product produced by the Patent Method; to the extent that the manufacture, use, or sale of such kit, composition of matter, material, or product, in a particular country, would be covered by or infringe, but for the license granted to Licensee pursuant to this Agreement, an unexpired claim of a patent or pending claim of a patent application were it issued as a claim in a patent under Patent Rights in that country in which such patent has issued or application is pending. This definition of Patent Products also includes a service either used by Licensee or provided by Licensee to its customers when such service requires the practice of the Patent Method.
Patent Products means all products that (i) if developed, made, manufactured, was made, used, offered for sale, sold, exported, imported, distributed or otherwise transferred within the Territory, but for the license granted herein, would infringe the Patent Rights, or (ii) are made by using a Patent Service as defined in Section 1.25, or (iv) when used, practice a Patent Service as defined in Section 1.25. As used within this Agreement, the term “Patent Product(s)” includes “Patent Service(s)” as defined in Section 1.25.

Patent Products means (a) any kit, composition of matter, material, or product; (b) any kit, composition of matter, material, or product to be used in a manner requiring the performance of the Patent Method, or any kit, composition of matter, material, or product produced by the Patent Method, or (c) the practice of the Patent Method itself to the extent the manufacture, use, or sale of (a), (b), or (c) immediately above falls within the scope of one or more claims of Regents' Patent Rights during the term of the patent grant, in countries in which such claim or claims have issued and have not expired, been abandoned, disclaimed, or found invalid or unenforceable.
Patent Products means a Vaccine Product and a Drug Delivery Product.
