Examples of Patent License Agreement in a sentence
Licensee shall pay for all past documented, out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Licensor for filing, prosecuting, defending and maintaining Patent Rights and related patent searches through the Effective Date of the Agreement, including those identified in Section 3.1(a) of the Patent License Agreement, and all such future expenses incurred by Licensor, for so long as, and in such countries as the Agreement remains in effect.
Each payment will reference the agreement number set forth at the beginning of the Patent License Agreement.
All amounts referred to in the Patent License Agreement are expressed in U.S. dollars without deductions for taxes, assessments, fees, or charges of any kind.
All payments to Licensor will be made in U.S. dollars by check or wire transfer (Licensee to pay all wire transfer fees) payable to the payee identified in Section 18 of the Patent License Agreement and sent to the payment and reporting contact in Section 18 (Notices) of the Patent License Agreement.
Any notice or other communication of the Parties required or permitted to be given or made under the Agreement will be in writing and will be deemed effective when sent in a manner that provides confirmation or acknowledgement of delivery and received at the address set forth in Section 18 of the Patent License Agreement (or as changed by written notice pursuant to this Section 18).
